ALmatic E

The ALmatic E is a desktop labelling solution for flat-sided products and also shaped items such as oval bottles. By using a low inertia slide motion labelling system, which can be supplemented by a 3D printed jig for special-shaped products, a high accuracy application is achieved on a wide variety of products.

This solution is a great example of the power of ALTech's processor speed and labelling algorithms, which precisely matches the label dispensing to the machine's sliding movement.

The ALmatic E integrates the ALritma labelling head with the ability to be upgraded and/or combined with a traditional conveyor based system as part of a future upgrade path to suit changing labelling demands. It's extremely simple and intuitive to use and offers high accuracy label application for an economical price.
