ALfeeder

Feeding at a definable linear speed, continuously dispensing products without any intelligence control; commonly referred to as Inkjet (IJ) and tabbing feeders in the mailing sector, and ideal for use with a standard label applicator.

The system can pulse feed a defined quantity of product either continuously or on signal start input.

The feeder can feed a single product on-demand; e.g. into an index operation process OR with a trigger start sensor, to place a product; e.g. a leaflet into a box.

ALfeeder includes the ability to save up to 40 individual product setup recipes, allowing optimisation between products and repeatable setup. This feature is particularly useful when combined with a TIJ batch/date code printer, which can be fitted directly to the outfeed chute of the machine to provide a highly cost-effective offline batch coding system; e.g. for cartons and sleeves, with collection tray and desk mount legs.

ALfeeder can either be supplied a standalone feeder for integration with your 3rd party packaging machine or mailing line; or as part of a larger product handling solution either for labelling, coding or both, with vacuum conveyors and shingle collections conveyors, to provide a turn-key offline solution.
