It is simple to use and robust due to its all-metal (powder-coated finish) construction.

It is commonly used for changing label reel core sizes; e.g. from 25mm core to 76mm core thanks to its fully adjustable label reel holders; or to change the leading edge of a label; e.g. left-hand edge leading labels to right-hand edge leading.

Our heavy-duty 400mm machine uses fixed 76mm core materials due to the size and weight or reels.

It is possible to unwind and rewind clockwise or counterclockwise, and to select the maximum rotation speed of the device, limiting this where required.

The microprocessor control card also allows you to stop the rotation of the motor when the roll is finished, or in the event of a paper break, signalling the event with an audible signal.
